Job summary

Texas Instruments in Dallas seeks a Facilities Engineer to support a semiconductor wafer fab by building and maintaining utility systems. You will lead project planning, coordinate installations, and partner with internal customers, suppliers, and other engineering teams to ensure safe, cost-effective execution.

The role focuses on capacity planning, operations documentation, and maintenance procedure development to sustain 24/7 manufacturing operations at TI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects and equipment installations with budget and schedule
• Ability to analyze capacity and demand for utility systems
• Strong documentation of operations and design intent
• Experience in maintenance and operating procedure development
• Exposure to turnkey projects and coordinating contract work

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and equipment installations, including resources, schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical support to Facilities as a system expert over time.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, management, internal customers, and suppliers for cost-effective projects within budget and schedule.
• Communicate and document sequence of operations and design intent to stakeholders.
• Provide capacity/demand analysis of utility systems to support growth.
• Analyze critical utility systems and develop risk-based solutions.
• Develop and review maintenance and operating procedures to ensure best practices.
