Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to uphold and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facility. You will interface with executives, property management staff, tenants, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient operation.

Under supervision of engineering, you will implement site safety plans and adhere to Omninet standards, procedures, and policies while contributing to energy efficiency initiatives and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification in a relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience in building maintenance, repair, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory standards.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and cleans mechanical, electrical and shop areas.
• Performs routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, repairs, and building-related emergencies.
• Collaborate with a team of technicians and engineers to achieve optimal building performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
