Job summary

• EPA Refrigeration License 608 is required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Three to five years of experience in Building Operations and Maintenance within a medical facility setting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and facilities for proper operation; report more serious problems to Chief Engineer.
• Maintain boiler systems, HVAC, and plumbing including testing and adjusting as needed.
• Perform routine electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair tasks following standard procedures.
