Allina Health is hiring a Facilities Engineer to maintain our 24/7/365 hospital facilities. The role focuses on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, supporting patient care by reducing downtime and ensuring safe environments.

The position is 1.0 FTE on the 8-hour night shift with every-other-weekend rotation, based in Saint Paul, MN. Experience in hospital maintenance is preferred; boiler/license requirements apply if licensed in Minnesota or other campuses.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience, hospital setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training in engineering preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Service and maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Install and repair plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Respond to emergencies and document inspections and repairs.
• Perform routine rounds and procure materials as needed.
