Job summary

Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to operate and maintain boiler and other mechanical/electrical systems, ensuring safe, reliable comfort for patients and staff. The role demands hands-on boiler operation and maintenance expertise, with licensure within 3 years of hire (Grade II or Grade I) and a track record of maintaining complex mechanical systems.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will work in a team-focused environment

Qualifications

• Education sufficient for license/registration.
• National Boiler Operator Grade II License - State County City Trade License Authority within 3 years of hire -OR-
• National Boiler Operator Grade I License - State County City Trade License Authority within 3 years of hire
• Experience in boiler operation and maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.

• Maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems; operates and maintains boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Job description

Provides maintenance on all mechanical/electrical systems except equipment designated Bio-Medical. Also operates and maintains one or more gas/oil-fired high-pressure boilers and associated auxiliary equipment. Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
