Job summary

Swedish in Edmonds, WA, is looking for a skilled maintenance professional to perform various maintenance tasks related to building structures and systems. Description

Performs a variety of skilled work of moderate difficulty related to the maintenance and repair of building structures and associated electrical, mechanical and environmental equipment and systems. May perform specialized assignments and preventative maintenance on HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, compressed air and medical vacuum systems.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years progressively responsible experience in all aspects of building construction maintenance and repair, preferably in a hospital setting where the incumbent has gained skills in all areas of electrical, mechanical and structural repairs of buildings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Additional courses in mathematics, mechanics and electrical work.
