Title: Building Engineer

Pay Rate: $35/hour

Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm, In-person

Location: 14600 Myford Road, Irvine, CA

Assignment Duration: Until 5/5/2025

Typical Working Day:

• Handle work orders
• Perform PMs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
• Facilities maintenance services

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience
• High school diploma with applicable experience
• Certifications/Licenses: EPA 608 License or NFPA 70E

Top Must-Have Skills:

• Good verbal communication
• Strong maintenance skills
• Good time management

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Prior electrical experience
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
