A bit about us

A long-standing manufacturing company in Columbus is hiring a Senior HVAC Technician to support HVAC/R systems across an active industrial facility.

This is a senior hands-on position for someone who has spent their career troubleshooting commercial or industrial equipment and is comfortable taking a problem from diagnosis through repair. You’ll work across a wide range of HVAC, refrigeration, hydronic, electrical, and control systems while also serving as a technical resource for other technicians.

This is not a residential service role or a basic facilities PM position. The team is looking for someone who understands how the entire system works together and can be trusted to diagnose the issues that aren’t solved by simply replacing a part.

Why join us?
  • $35–$45/hour based on experience + overtime potential + bonuses and profit sharing
  • First-shift schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Senior-level autonomy while remaining hands-on in the field
  • Broad equipment exposure across HVAC/R, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, controls, BAS, and hydronic systems
  • Opportunity to lead jobs and mentor less-experienced technicians without moving into a desk-only management role
  • Stable manufacturing environment with a long-term focus
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, HSA with 2:1 company match
  • 401(k) + company profit sharing
  • Company-paid life and AD&D insurance
