Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the “jewel” of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. Join our team as a Facilities Engineer and help build the world’s most sought-after motorcycles.
The purpose of this position is to provide on-site Facilities maintenance and operations support, coordination, and oversight services at the Harley-Davidson Motor Company Powertrain Operations (PTO) manufacturing site. This is a fully on-site role located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This role will have responsibility for the active oversight and management of Facilities operational support services by outside vendors and will actively collaborate with PTO manufacturing operations personnel related to systems and equipment operations and maintenance management. Additionally, this role will be responsible for collaboration on Project Management of Facilities projects, including facilities infrastructure, facilities equipment, cosmetics, and other key construction-related projects as assigned.
We are looking for an individual with a strong technical Facilities maintenance and operations background, specifically with experience in manufacturing facilities and Project or Program Management experience or related skills. This role will be responsible for managing the PTO's annual Facilities operating budget, requiring experience and strengths with dynamic budget management. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively independently and in a team environment with multiple overlapping priorities and deadlines.
This role reports to Central Facilities Operations, with secondary day-to-day accountability to Central Corporate Facilities Project Management and Local PTO Plant Operations.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Preference for individual with Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Facilities or Architectural Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Project Management, or a similar field of study.
