Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities, utilities or energy management in pharma or regulated settings.
• Experience managing a team, ideally in a matrixed environment.
• Strong CMMS experience and high computer literacy (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ISO 50001, GMP and EHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports to drive accountability and improvement.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities and utilities to support GMP manufacturing.
• Lead the Energy Management Programme per ISO 50001 to cut energy use.
• Develop and track facilities, utilities and energy KPIs.
• Manage energy budgets and related costs.
