CBRE seeks an experienced Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical equipment across assigned facilities. The role supports preventive maintenance and repairs within CBRE’s Engineering and Technical Services function.

Shifts include daytime, evening, and night; some overtime and on-call duties may apply. A Master/Journeyman license is required by local codes, with a high school diploma or trade school diploma and apprenticeship preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• Formal apprenticeship completed or in-progress preferred.
• Master Electrician or Journeyman license required per local codes.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems operation, repair, and maintenance; perform new installations.
• Inspect, repair, and replace components including motors, wiring, switches, gauges, and pumps.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
• Review maintenance records to plan preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide efficient, reliable service to customers.
• Explain complex information clearly to others.
