Qualifications

• Registered Journeyman's Electrician License in the State of Colorado plus a minimum of 5 years of Journeyman experience.
• Basic knowledge of facility systems and mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build electrical installations without engineering support.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and install electrical projects throughout the lab.
• Provide quality assurance for construction projects.
• Perform electrical inspections for new construction and modifications by contractors and lab personnel.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and layouts; assess load requirements and use testing instruments.
• Follow and enforce NLR’s EHS policies to maintain a safe environment.
