Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is looking for a Facilities Electrician to maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems across the Atlanta facility. A valid electrical license or journeyman certification and a high school diploma are required. Onsite work is essential, with extended hours during emergencies.

You will support mechanical, HVAC, and building systems, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with other teams to keep critical infrastructure running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Requires valid electrical license or journeyman certification.
• Experience with commercial electrical systems.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code and safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and basic mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems including transformers, switchboards, controllers.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement repairs.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code and safety standards.
• Support capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Maintain CMMS records.
