Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of electrical engineering, system analysis, or facilities management experience.
• Experience with breaker coordination, arc flash studies, and power distribution modeling.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive reliability.
• On-site availability in Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses and evaluations of electrical systems.
• Develop specifications and maintenance procedures for power supply units.
• Monitor KPIs and reliability trends.
• Lead complex electrical projects from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate with design teams, field operations, and vendors.
• Support capital planning and infrastructure modernization.
