Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electrical maintenance or uptime-critical environments.
• 1–3+ years leading technicians or field maintenance teams.
• Strong background in electrical safety, regulatory compliance, and incident response.
• Experience leading technicians and vendor partners in high-risk settings.
• Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or facilities management; leadership experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite electrical facilities technician team for maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, switching support, and service execution.
• Direct manager for Electrical Facilities Technicians: leadership, prioritization, coaching, performance management.
• Build and lead an in-house self-perform maintenance program for electrical systems and standards.
• Oversee maintenance and service execution for critical electrical infrastructure (switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators, grounding, breakers).
• Own electrical safety programs; ensure NFPA 70E, LOTO, energized work controls, switching discipline.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and contract execution for electrical service scopes.
• Track KPIs on maintenance execution, downtime, equipment health, incident response, corrective actions.
• Support incident response, outage planning, maintenance readiness, post-event reviews.
• Coordinate with commissioning, operations, engineering, reliability, and construction teams for safe handoffs.
• Drive continuous improvement in procedures, documentation, and field execution standards.
• Ensure 24/7 readiness with proper staffing, escalation, training, and maintenance planning.
