Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Experience performing electrical work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain the plumbing, heating, electrical, and air-conditioning systems in county owned buildings.
• Maintain landscaping.
• Perform custodial work as needed.
• Maintain sidewalks i.e., snow and ice removal.
• Maintain exterior of buildings.
• Paint and recondition offices.
• Maintain daily work records.
• Operate power equipment.
