INFICON is seeking a Facilities & EHS Leader who will manage maintenance operations and oversee the site's OSHA General Industry, environmental, and ISO 14001 compliance programs in Syracuse. The role includes PM program ownership, vendor coordination, and driving safe, compliant, and efficient facility performance in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will lead maintenance teams, coordinate with Operations on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure projects,

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years with relevant experience may be substituted for degree.
• Demonstrated OSHA General Industry compliance, RCRA hazardous waste management, and ISO 14001 program management.
• Ability to read building blueprints and mechanical schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and mentor maintenance technicians; supervise daily maintenance operations.
• Coordinate facility maintenance across Safety, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and infrastructure projects.
• Own and evolve the site's Preventive Maintenance program and implement predictive maintenance.
• Lead and manage vendor relationships for capital and maintenance projects; support audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building/environmental regulations.
