Job summary

INFICON is seeking a Facilities & EHS leader to maintain, improve and ensure compliant operation of facilities equipment at our Longmont site. You will own the Preventive Maintenance program, manage capital-buildouts, and coordinate with external vendors under guidance from the NA EHS/Facilities team.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong knowledge of OSHA/ISO standards, and the ability to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost goals across site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA General Industry compliance and ISO 14001 program management.
• Hands-on maintenance experience with electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Ability to develop, implement and manage RFPs and contracted engagements for compliance and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities equipment and PM programs to optimize production and R&D support.
• Lead or oversee outside vendors for facility projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, RCRA, and ISO 14001 EMS requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations on safety, equipment, HVAC, and electrical work.
• Foster a Lean environment and support 5S standards.
