Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a dispatch/CRM-style role focused on answering maintenance calls and coordinating the Engineering team. The incumbent will collect issue details and dispatch the engineering staff promptly using a computer-based program.

Responsibilities include inputting call details, assigning work orders, monitoring alarms, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to safety rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• One (1) year experience, preferably in a Hotel/Casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls concerning maintenance and repairs.
• Input call details into the computer-based program.
• Assign work orders through the computer-based program.
• Communicate details of work orders and follow up to completion.
• Monitor alarm system and report alarms and areas.
• Maintain dispatch log of daily activities.
• Notify Supervisors of parts and inventory needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow lawful direction from Upper Management.
• Understand and follow work and safety rules and procedures.
• Interact with team members and support morale.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
