Zusammenfassung

Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) is seeking a Physical Plant Director to provide strategic and operational leadership of all physical facilities across DSCC locations, including maintenance, safety, sustainability, utilities, and infrastructure.

The role reports to the Vice President for Information Technology and Facilities Management and serves as a principal campus liaison with TBR capital projects, architects, engineers, and regulators.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Experience with facilities management, maintenance, and safety.
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, and compliance.

• Direct and oversee maintenance, custodial, grounds, and safety programs.
• Coordinate planning, design, construction, renovation and records management with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets, asset records, and compliance requirements.
