Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety, management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least four years of related professional experience, including supervision of maintenance operations and experience in safety and security.
• Preference may be given to candidates with related experience in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for facilities, maintenance, safety, security, emergency preparedness, risk management, and fleet operations.
• Lead day-to-day facilities and safety operations and contribute to long‑term planning and capital projects.
• Coordinate institutional safety and security functions across all campuses and locations.
• Develop and maintain security and emergency response procedures in collaboration with leadership and local agencies.
• Oversee the College’s fleet management program and vehicle lifecycle.
• Lead the Crisis Response Team and monitor incident reports and compliance with safety rules.
