L'Oreal USA, Inc. in North Little Rock, AR, seeks a Director of Facilities to lead the Facilities Department, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient site operations.

You will oversee capital projects, vendor contracts, and regulatory audits while driving energy management and sustainability initiatives. The role requires a engineering or facilities background with supervisory experience and a track record in plant operations, CAPEX, and safety programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical discipline; MBA desirable
• Five to eight years' experience in major facilities management, plant engineering, or industrial operations with supervisory duties

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage facilities engineering, site maintenance, and utility operations
• Manage CAPEX responsibility for the site, preparing, analyzing, and justifying capital projects
• Direct and supervise service contracts, RFPs, vendor oversight, and contractor permitting (HVAC, janitorial, pest control, waste)
• Lead site compliance for Insurance Audits and safety audits
• Drive site ISO 50001 energy management and sustainability initiatives
• Manage environmental and safety programs and ensure GMP-compliant operations
• Supervise subordinate personnel and maintain an effective labor relations environment
