Job summary

Aquarius Gaming, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities to lead daily operations, ensure safety and presentation of the property's physical environment, and align maintenance with service standards. You will guide aging infrastructure, manage schedules, and coordinate with hotel, casino, and grounds teams to keep operations guest-ready.

This safety-sensitive role requires 3 years in facilities operations, strong budgeting, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in facilities operations with progressive leadership
• Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills to achieve measurable goals
• Interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities to lead change across the organization
• Budget management, workforce planning, and process optimization experience
• Familiarity with boilers, HVAC, power distribution, and emergency systems
• Ability to read complex technical documents and regulatory reports
• Knowledge of building regulations and agency relations
• Proficiency with MS Office and BI tools

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the facilities department
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with performance indicators
• Monitor budgets, resources, and operational metrics for cost-efficiency
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to align priorities
• Maintain service standards and resolve escalated guest concerns
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs for safety and compliance
• Ensure building infrastructure and life-safety systems are functioning safely
• Oversee schedules for daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance
• Assist in developing and managing the annual department budget
• Oversee payroll and related administrative duties
