Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous heat, power, gas, or air supply for operations; maintain equipment.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and evaluate equipment needs with engineers.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with policies and codes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
