Job summary

Campbell Street is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to diagnose and repair facility assets. You will handle electrical, mechanical, and carpentry tasks to keep buildings and equipment in optimal condition.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards across the site in Granger, IA 50109. Valid driver’s license required; 1+ year building crafts experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in two or more building or mechanical crafts (plumbing, electricity, engine mechanics).
• Two years’ experience in two or more building crafts preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs to facility buildings, grounds and utilities.
• Conduct electrical, mechanical and carpentry repairs and manage inventory of parts and tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance on food service equipment and facility assets.
• Follow safety plans, policies, and regulatory standards; assist with communications and pest control.
