Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee central plant operations, back-of-house systems, and critical building infrastructure at a premier resort. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, life-safety, BAS, and pools, while guiding capital projects and energy efficiency initiatives.

The role requires leadership of large maintenance teams, experience in a luxury resort setting, and strong regulatory compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of central plant operations and HVAC, electrical, plumbing and water treatment systems.
Strong understanding of life safety, fire protection, and building automation systems (BAS).
Experience leading large maintenance and engineering teams in a resort/hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

Manage infrastructure maintenance programs.
Ensure reliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water, life-safety, and utility systems.
Lead Kitchen, Mechanical, and Pool maintenance operations.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Manage energy efficiency initiatives.
Oversee infrastructure capital projects.
Maintain emergency response readiness for critical systems.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
