• Prior experience in a large, luxury resort setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control representative and system.
• Assist with inputting and receiving purchases for Facilities.
• Help create and maintain inventory control procedures.
• Report discrepancies to Facilities Management.
• Communicate inventory status with facilities leads and leadership.
• Oversee physical inventory audits of parts and tool rooms.
• Maintain records of inventory levels, audits, counts and adjustments.
• Record statuses in inventory management systems.
• Track tools checked in/out by Facilities team.
• Use personal device for work tasks and reviewing company documents.
• Perform other duties as requested.
