Gale Hotels in Miami seeks a Chief Engineer to oversee maintenance of the hotel, condo building, and grounds. You will develop a cost-effective maintenance program, manage budgets, forecasts, payroll, and legal aspects related to engineering and facilities.

You will lead a team, oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and security systems; coordinate with outside contractors; implement energy management; ensure regulatory compliance; and report to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Experience inFacilities/Engineering leadership for large hotels.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
