ESFM is seeking a Facilities Director in the United States to lead planning, organizing, and control of plant operations and building renovations. This role oversees maintenance programs, budgets, and energy management while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
The Director will mentor staff, maintain client rapport, and drive continuous improvement across facilities services for diverse clients in manufacturing and technology sectors.
