Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Director to lead maintenance, construction, and security across PSCs, RRLs, logistics hubs, and laboratories in the region. You will plan, schedule, and supervise trades staff, ensuring a robust preventive maintenance program and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5–7 years of facilities operations leadership, a relevant bachelor’s or higher degree, and strong vendor/contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Architecture or related field is required/preferred.
• Master degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Licensed Contractor and Facilities Management certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directs the operations, activities and staff for all maintenance and facilities services for PSCs, RRLs, Logistics hubs and Laboratories in the region.
• Plans, schedules, and directs staff of skilled and unskilled trades employees in maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Develops and maintains preventive and routine maintenance programs; ensures regulatory and safety compliance.
