Job summary

• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering, building maintenance, or a related field.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical and analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Operate and monitor boilers, chillers, air compressors, and related mechanical systems under minimal supervision or in coordination with senior engineers.
• Conduct routine inspections of key operational areas (e.g., central plant, refrigeration, elevators, lighting, restrooms, exhaust fans, mechanical/electrical rooms), reporting irregularities and assisting with necessary repairs.
• Respond to guest room service calls and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
