Covenant Living is seeking a seasoned Facilities Director to lead the campus facilities department, overseeing maintenance, grounds, and apartment refurbishments. You will coordinate with contractors and in-house staff, ensuring timely work orders and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities management, with a senior leadership background and experience supervising teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to align with campus policies

Qualifications

• Required Degree: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management or Business.
• Certificate(s): Certified in Facilities Management Disciplines.
• Valid driver’s license and safe/clean driving record for location.
• Experience: 5+ years minimum in facilities; 10+ years if no degree.
• Senior level facilities manager or equivalent leadership role, with direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Department including maintenance, grounds, and apartment refurbishments.
• Coordinate work with outside contractors and in-house maintenance staff; oversee work orders.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures; conduct staff training and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety compliance and oversight of campus safety programs and risk management.
