Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction management experience in hospitality or retail projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage new build, renovation, and buildout projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate efforts with general contractors, architects, and design consultants.
• Track budgets, cost analysis, and value engineering (VE) processes.
• Review and approve RFIs, ASIs, field directives, and change orders.
• Oversee general contractor schedules and monitor construction progress on-site.
• Participate in punchlist and project turnover processes.
• Prepare project status updates and presentations for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and quality specifications.
