Job summary

The Bungalows at Mayfield is seeking a Facilities Director to join their team. You will lead the facilities management operations, overseeing maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and security to meet Phoenix standards and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with the Executive Director, manage vendor relationships, and drive safety, efficiency and cost control across the community. A background in assisted living facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management.
• 3+ years facilities experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, develops and leads facilities management operations including maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and security.
• Oversees minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Coordinates with executives and external vendors; monitors maintenance logs and budgets.
• Oversees HVAC, fire protection systems, safety regulations and inspections; ensures compliance.
• Directs large scale projects with consultants and contractors; handles timekeeping and payroll reviews.
