Job summary

HCA Florida Westside Hospital seeks a Director of Facility Management to optimize daily operations of the Facility Management department for a large acute-care site. You will coordinate maintenance, projects, and staff, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliable infrastructure using CMMS systems.

The role requires leadership, strong planning, and a deep understanding of Life Safety and regulatory standards. A CHFM or HICS training is valued, with a pathway toward succession planning within HCA’s

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in a hospital or acute setting required.
• HICS Training required.
• CHFM within 3 years of hire date.

Responsibilities
