The Phoenix at Milton is seeking a Facilities Director to join their team! The Facilities Director reports to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security operations in accordance with laws, standards, and Phoenix policies.
  • Manages minor repairs, responds to emergencies, and liaises with vendors.
  • Monitors maintenance requests, inspects the building, and coordinates large projects.
  • Supervises HVAC, fire protection systems, and reviews financial statements.
  • Provides technical training and manages department staff, including hiring, coaching, and discipline.
  • Participates in meetings and supports quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience and 3+ years facilities management experience.
  • Valid Driver's License; certification may be required by state.
  • Experience with water heat source pumps preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of fire, life safety, OSHA regulations, and infection control.
  • Ability to multitask, manage stress, and work flexible hours.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
