Bellevue Club on Seattle’s Eastside seeks a Facilities Director to lead the operation, maintenance, safety, and strategic planning of the club’s building and infrastructure. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure facilities are functional, efficient, and safe.
You will manage maintenance, staff, budgets, and vendor relations while coordinating renovations and energy initiatives, with a focus on athletic areas and guest experience.

Position Overview:
The Facilities Director is a senior manager responsible for the operation, maintenance, safety, and strategic planning of Bellevue Club’s building and physical infrastructure. This position collaborates with and supports multiple departments.
Essential Functions:
Directly oversees Facilities Manager and facilities team.
Responsible for effectively training employees in all aspects of their essential and additional job duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
In general, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. The employee may regularly lift and/or move up to 250pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up 50 pounds. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
