Job summary

Bellevue Club is seeking a Facilities Director to lead the operation, maintenance, safety, and strategic planning of the Club's building and infrastructure on Seattle's Eastside. This senior role collaborates with multiple departments and guides the Facilities team and vendors.

You will oversee maintenance programs, budgets, and regulatory compliance while directing renovations and energy management initiatives to support daily operations and the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, construction management, project management or related field.
• 5–10 years of management experience in facilities or building operations.
• Budgeting and financial management experience.
• Vendor and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversees building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage facility staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and control facility budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and building regulations.
• Manage security systems and emergency preparedness plans.
• Coordinate renovations, construction projects, and space planning.
• Oversee utilities, energy management, and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Support business operations by ensuring facilities remain functional and clean.
