Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of clerical or maintenance experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Class D driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license during probationary period may be required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
• Ability to pass CORI and SORI check.

Responsibilities

• Care for and maintain a public building and related equipment.
• Perform other related maintenance tasks as required.
