Responsibilities include floor care, waste handling, restroom supply replenishment, and basic maintenance tasks under the Facilities Manager, with opportunities to contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for the community.

Responsibilities

• Observe safe working conditions
• Mop and/or vacuum floors and carpets
• Sweep / mop stairways and landing
• Fill dispensers (towel and soap)
• Empty waste cands
• Disinfect and wipe table tops, doorjambs, door hardware
• Dust windowsills, counter tops, ceiling and art
• clean and dust light fixtures
• Replace lightbulbs as needed
• Perform minor maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned
