Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Class D Motor Vehicle Operator's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning services in assigned buildings, including floors, restrooms, and kitchens.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders; assess tasks and escalate when needed.
• Assist with snow removal and weather-related operations.
• Perform minor building repairs and maintenance tasks that do not require licensure.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Coordinate with staff to prepare spaces for meetings and events.
• Ensure safety by reporting hazards and ensuring proper signage and lighting.
