St. Jane Frances de Chantal School in Easton, PA seeks a Facility Custodian/Maintenance Worker to perform custodial duties, basic maintenance and event setup. Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance and cleaning/janitorial experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare school facilities for daily operations and ensure safety.
• Secure facilities and grounds before/after school hours.
• Light cleaning of classrooms, offices, restrooms and common areas.
• Set up for meetings, classrooms, plays and events.
• Respond to emergencies and safety issues promptly.
• Perform snow/ice removal and seasonal maintenance as needed.
• Assist with minor repairs to electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
• Maintain custodial closets and manage cleaning supplies.
