Job summary

Cascade Manor in Eugene, Oregon, is a not-for-profit Life Plan Community seeking a dedicated Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests and team members.

You will provide routine and special cleaning, set up event spaces, operate custodial equipment, and perform floor and carpet care while ensuring safety. Schedule: Mon–Thu 11:30 am–8:00 pm PST; Pay: $16.32/hr based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of custodial experience or related field.
• Experience operating custodial equipment and using cleaning products safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community.
• Set up and take down meeting rooms and event spaces for activities.
• Operate custodial and floor-care equipment safely while cleaning areas.
• Perform carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, window washing, trash removal, and other duties.
• Follow safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies.
