Job summary

Located in Eugene, Cascade Manor is a not-for-profit Life Plan Community seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests and staff. You will provide routine housekeeping across the community, including resident apartments and common areas, perform deep cleaning and use cleaning equipment safely.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 am–3:30 pm. Pay: $15.55/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine housekeeping services throughout the community, including cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and assigned spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively while following established procedures.
• Maintain organized and sanitary work areas while delivering a resident-focused service experience.
• Follow safety procedures and respond appropriately in emergency situations while completing other duties as assigned.
