Job summary

Cascade Manor in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. You will perform routine cleaning, assist with event setups, and operate custodial equipment to uphold high cleanliness standards.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 11:30 am – 8:00 pm PST. Pay: $16.32/hr based on experience. Cascade Manor offers medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, and more benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of custodial experience preferred.
• Experience operating custodial equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and special cleaning to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Set up and take down meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Operate custodial and floor-care equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, window washing, trash removal, and other custodial duties.
• Support a safe and welcoming environment by following safety procedures and responding to emergencies.
