Job summary

Qualifications

• Heavy and repetitive physical labor, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and write, understand work schedules, and write work orders.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties: cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, recycling, and spot cleaning carpets.
• Execute major project work: machining and refinishing floors, shampooing carpets, washing walls.
• Clear trash from entranceways and remove snow during winter.
