Qualifications

• Must be able to perform heavy and repetitive physical labor.
• Ability to read and understand work schedules and warnings.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, recycling and minor project work.
• Execute major projects like machining and refinishing floors, shampooing carpets and washing walls.
• Clear trash from entrances and remove snow in winter.
