Responsibilities

• Keeps facilities clean and in orderly condition.
• Identifies and communicates with management about repairs.
• Requisitions supplies and equipment for repairs, cleaning, and maintenance duties.
• Follows safety guidelines for cleaners, tools and equipment to prevent damage.
• Able to sweep, mop, and operate floor cleaning equipment.
• Experience with restroom cleaning, disinfection, and dusting.
• Regular trash collection and removal.
• Ensure safe use of solvents and chemical cleaners.
