The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years custodial cleaning experience. Interpersonal skills, problem solving, and time management are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe waste receptacles and remove waste to designated areas.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep hard floors, and damp-mop spills in offices and common areas.
• Dust and wipe office furniture, fixtures, windowsills, diffusers, and surfaces.
• Remove fingerprints and smudges from doors and surfaces.
• Maintain a clean janitor’s closet and perform other duties as needed.
