Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role supports a daily schedule, operates motorized cleaning equipment, and follows safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications include no formal education requirement with 3–6 months training or experience preferred; forklift certification may be required. Bilingual abilities are a plus, with strong reading and communication skills valued.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
